Resonant Sciences honored as Dayton's #1 Best Place To Work in the medium size company category
The Dayton Business Journal recently ranked Resonant Sciences as the #1 medium sized company in the 2024 Best Places To Work awards program! The awards program honors the top companies in the region who have made workplace culture, recruitment, and employee retention key pillars to their success. Rankings are based on confidential surveys of employees that measure success in team dynamics, trust in leadership, communication, and more. Recently, the Dayton Business Journal held an event to name the top honorees, and had this to say about Resonant Sciences:
This research and development firm in Dayton offers solutions and expertise in aerospace manufacturing, advanced apertures, and instrumentation radars, among others.
Resonant Services has around 124 employees [in the Dayton area] and is the Best Places to Work winner in the medium category.
Company leadership said there are five key areas that make Resonant Sciences a Best Place to Work. Those are culture, compensation, community, trust, and mission.
For its employees, Resonant Sciences provides a 10% 401(k) contribution no matter if the employee decides to contribute or not. In the last year, Resonant Sciences announced a strategic investment from Cerberus Capital Management’s Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities platform. The Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities platform is an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management L.P., a leader in alternative investing with a platform focused on supply chain integrity and national security.
Resonant operates in more than 100,000 square feet of engineering and manufacturing space in the Dayton region. In the past year and a half, Resonant has opened additional engineering and manufacturing facilities in Virginia, Michigan, and Colorado.
